Rise courses not loading
Hello,
I am able to access the Rise dashboard, however I am getting stuck at the "Your content is loading" screen whenever I try to open a course from the main page.
I have tried on both Chrome and Edge, incognito windows, and after clearing my cache with no success. Two of my team members are experiencing the same issue since yesterday.

Are you able to publish the course? This could indicate whether it's just the authoring environment or the actual course itself that is the issue.

Thanks for sharing what you and your team members have tried so far.
- Are you running the latest version of Chrome and Edge? You'll get the best experience when running the latest version.
- Do you notice any change if you restart your device, log out, and log back in to Articulate 360?
- You may need to double-check that your Network Endpoints are configured properly so that your team to access Articulate 360.
