Rise courses too large for LMS

Hi, I've exported several of the ready-made Rise courses and lessons that come with Rise 360, however they seem to be really large in size and some of them are too large to load onto our LMS (max file size is 512mb). Could anyone help me with why they are so large and how I can reduce them? They seem to be much larger than any course I've developed myself. Thanks!

    I'm running into this issue as well with our LMS which has a 500mb max file setting. I suspect it's the video blocks in a lot of those courses. Fantastic to have those "off the shelf" resources, but when there is a video block for each chapter, the file size increases substantially. 

    Does anyone know of an easy way to split up content in a Rise course? Taking a large course and breaking it up into two parts? Aside from removing video blocks to reduce file size, are there any other options for reducing the large file sizes with some of these prebuilt Rise courses?
