Rise File Size

Hi, we are new to articulate and love all the capabilities. However, when we go to publish a file the file sizes (even with embedding videos) are very large and Successfactor can't handle large files well or even files with names over 15 characters. Are there any tricks to keeping the file smaller and for articulate to compress these names to upload it properly while still having the same functionality with interactions, pictures, etc.
