Rise: insert link that opens in a new tab
Hello,
In Rise 360, I have insert a link to a webpage. But when the learner clicks on the link, the web page opens directly (not in a new tab) and there is no way of return ing to the Rise.

I have the same exact problem. Links are open in the course windeow and the user cannot return to the course afterwards. Can anyone help?

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that the links that your learners are clicking are opening in the course window and not in a new tab. This causes them to not be able to access the course after viewing. Happy to learn more!
- Are your learners viewing your course within an LMS or in another environment?
- Do you experience this behavior if you publish your Rise 360 course to Review 360?
- What browser are you folks currently using?
- It's possible that you'll need to verify that the browser's link-handling settings are configured correctly. Here's a closer look at a solution my colleague Kelly recommended earlier in this thread!
