Rise keeps deleting whilst I am typing
I am also experiencing this issue and it keeps deleting the text and also messing the hyperlinks which I have other PDFs linked to (for example if I hyperlinked the phrase "click here" it somehow goes and just makes the whole sentence hyperlinked all of a sudden). I'm using the Edge browser and I've cleared cache and it keeps happening. Is Chrome usually recommended to avoid these errors?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with the text and hyperlinks in Rise 360. You are on the right track to clear the browser cache, as these issues are usually browser-related.
I recommend trying out the InPrivate mode in Microsoft Edge to rule out browser extensions that may be causing the problem. If the problem still occurs, please try using Google Chrome, the recommended browser for Rise 360.
