Rise making image pixellated
Hi,
I'm experiencing the loss of image quality--particularly in labeled graphics--described by several people in this thread. I tried adding _NOPROCESS_ to the file name at both the beginning and end of the filename. I see someone asked about the correct placement within the file name, but that does not seem to have been addressed. Regardless, I did not see much of a difference in quality. I also tried using TIFF files, but again not much of a difference. When I added _NOPROCESS_ at the end of the filename of a TIFF file, I also had the same problem someone described. When I click edit, only the bottom half of the pop-up is available, so it's not possible to upload a new image. Luckily, I saved a copy of the course after reading the previous comment, so it won't be much of an effort to restore the labeled graphic. BUT I'm still left with the image quality issue. I would really appreciate some assistance. We are going to be using this course as the foundation for several different versions, so I can't proceed until this issue is resolved.
