Rise Mobile Preview - broken in Safari?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with the mobile preview in your Rise 360 course. I appreciate the details you've shared.

We haven't received a recent report similar to that. I also tested using Safari v.18.2. The mobile preview seems normal, as shown below.

Safari Mobile Preview is working as expected.

I suggest the following initial troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem.

  1. Please clear your browser cache and cookies, then reaccess the course.
  2. Use Safari's Private Browsing to rule out possible browser extensions that may be causing the problem.
  3. Try using a different browser. Ensure your browser has the latest updates and that JavaScript is enabled. As validated by your experience with Chrome over Safari, we recommend Google Chrome for the best authoring experience.
