Rise Navigation when Offline
Sent the Rise course to a client who will be using it offline. When he opened the course a lot of the buttons were misaligned. ex. Hotspot and Learning objective buttons they were all misaligned. Any ideas why? No issues on my end or with another laptop that was used.

what browser are they using
Hi MarthaSwirzi043,
Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you've hit this snag!
I understand your client will be using the course offline. Are they experiencing these misalignment issues now while viewing the course online as well? If so, I'd suggest they try a different browser and confirm they're using the most updated version. They may also want to clear their browser cache.
Let me know if that helps!

No issues when online. Only when using offline. Would it have anything to do with any configurations of the laptop. I was under the assumption Rise/Storyline could be used offline with no issues.
Hi MarthaSwirzi043,
Thanks for confirming that!
Since the course works for you but not your client, I would double-check which browsers they've tried. Offline viewing is supported in Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. You may also want to confirm which steps they're taking as well (download a Rise 360 course as a web package, extract the zip file, and then launch the index.html file).
Remember that embedded web content won't work offline without an active internet connection. Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge block local playback of Rise 360 courses altogether. You'll just see a blank page in these browsers. To use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, you'll need to upload your course to a web server.
