Rise not loading
I have never had an issue loading my content in Rise (I have a lot). Is the site currently down? No one can use my review link, and I'm unable to load anything.
I'm having issues getting my Rise courses to load today. Is this still an issue?
Hi Cindy! So sorry to hear that you're having issues getting your Rise courses to load.
Right now, the Rise 360 dashboard isn't loading, and course authoring is unavailable. We're sorry for the trouble, and our team is digging in right now. We'll keep you posted on our progress.
