Rise not recrding grade upon completion in Blackboard Ultra
I just need completion
The system shows completion but no grade is recoded. Can anyone help please

I'm happy to help! It looks like you're tracking completion based on what the learner has viewed in your course. I'm not familiar with Blackboard Ultra, but I think the score should be set to 100% when the learner completes the course. Have you tried setting the Tracking requirement to Track using quiz result to see if that impacts the Score?
I'd also recommend testing your course in SCORM cloud to see if the same behavior persists.
