I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update fixes the issue you encountered where interactive block images can only be aligned to the center.
There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to publish your Rise 360 course again.

+1 There is something odd going on with these particular alignment buttons in Rise. It won't let you select left or right alignment at all. I'm using Chrome.
