RISE: Question Bank appears to have been deleted

I am trying to update a RISE course that contains a Question Bank; however, in the Assessment section, it says (deleted).  The Assessment still works when previewed; however, the Edit button is greyed out.  After looking through information about Question Banks, it looks like maybe the questions needed to be shared with the Team?  Which was not done.  I've looked through the SCORM package, but I don't see anything in there that could be a Question Bank. Are the questions lost?  Is there a way to get them back?
