Hi, I'm working on a training in which we offer lessons and quizzes in English and Spanish. Do you know if there's a way I can modify the continue button so I can translate them for the quiz exercise in Spanish?

I understand that you want to modify the text in the Continue button. Here's where you can find it:
Click on edit, and you can change the label text.
