RISE Quiz Feedback Gone Awry
Hi all...need some help. I am editing a RISE course...in the quizzes, the feedback that is supposed to appear after two tries appears quickly but then immediately jumps to the next question. The learner doesn't get a chance to read the feedback after the second try, which is what they are allowed. What do you think is happening and how should I fix that?

I might know what's going on, but I have three quick questions about how your quiz is set up:- Is this a Quiz Lesson or a Knowledge Check block inside of a lesson?
- How is your question-level feedback configured? In the individual question editor, what is set for Feedback?
- Any Response
- Correct/Incorrect
- By Choice
- What are your overall Quiz Settings for revealing answers?
- Reveal All Answers
- Show Incorrect Answers with Feedback
- Hide All Answers (Note: If it's set to Hide All Answers, the feedback window often bypasses the pause state.)
Depending on your setup, the fix could be as simple as a quick toggle in the settings or something at the question level—standing by to help!
Thanks soooo much. It turns out that it was a simple fix...my colleague discovered it...it was to disconnect the questions. I appreciate your thoughtful and thorough response.
