Rise quiz not letting users move forward

I have several rise courses that have a quiz that must be passed before moving to a final exit lesson. For the most part, learners are able to complete the courses without issue, but there...
This has suddenly become a problem for me as well. No mater how I test it or share the link to others there's no way to move past a quiz. Even with the settings set to not require a certain mark.

Does this happen with multiple courses or one specific file? I'd like to take a look at your course if you're willing to share it. You can upload a copy with our team in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
