Rise Scenario - Play audio button not visible
I'm creating my first scenario in Rise where I want AI Audio generated responses for my characters but the play button is not visible to the learner. It's very tricky to know where to click/select to play it. I've tried changing the theme color and published to course to test and this is that they see. I do not see any additional settings I can adjust.

I'm excited to share that we've released an update to Rise 360 that includes a fix for:
- Scenario Block audio player partly disappears when the block background is dark.
There’s nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available. You'll need to republish any current courses to Review and Reach 360 to take advantage of this fix.

thats strange but I noticed the same thing—it only appeared in the direct block preview. When you switch to Edit mode, the button is there, and in the global preview (top right) you can also test it.
Have you tried it with multiple audio sources (AI-generated and uploaded files)? Does the same issue occur in a different browser?
If not, try deleting the current setup and re-adding it—sometimes it’s just a temporary bug.Other possible reasons why the audio play button might not show up:
- The audio file format isn’t supported (e.g., needs to be MP3 or WAV).
- The file didn’t upload correctly or is corrupted.
- Browser autoplay restrictions or missing permissions.
- Cache issues—try clearing cache or using incognito mode.
- Extensions or ad blockers interfering with the UI.
- The player script didn’t load properly.
