Rise Sidebar

I hope someone can help troubleshoot this problem. I selected to begin this course with "Begin with the sidebar open," but when it is embedded into the LMS or sent for review using the...
The initial screen is the menu screen and that won't display the sidebar. Once I started the course, the sidebar displayed. It appears to be working as it should.

I think I have corrected some of the problems by adjusting the height and width: width="1700" height="780". What are your thoughts?
