Thanks for sending this case to our support team. As mentioned by Lianne, your client shouldn't have an issue sending you a copy of the course. If they are still unable to send a copy to you, feel free to respond to Lianne's email so that we can get to the bottom of this.

Hi,
The message "This user does not have a Team account" will appear when trying to add someone with a personal Articulate account as a collaborator on a Teams account course.
