Rise won't publish a zip file for LMS
Hi, I am having the same issue that my Rise 360 online module will not download when I click on the download content button from the email. Trying to download via LMS using Scorm 2004 which I have always used in the past.

Hi PamBattle,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing that you are experiencing this same issue when attempting to download your content. I'm happy to help!
- What browser are you currently using to access the email with your course content? Perhaps switching browsers will allow you to successfully download the zipped course files. Do you notice any difference if you switch browsers?
- Are you able to publish to Web or Review 360 successfully?
- Do you experience this same behavior if you attempt to publish another course you are working on? I'm curious if it's isolated to this course or not!
Feel free to share a screen recording of your process so we can take a closer look. You can share that in this discussion or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thank you for your reply, I have tried multiple browsers and it was still not working.
Managed to do a work around by inspecting the link and then copying the link into a new webpage and then it downloaded as a Zip file. This was not ideal as it has always worked perfectly well for all my previous modules. Fingers crossed it goes back to normal the next time I need to download a module.

Hi PamBattle,
Thanks for sharing your workaround here!
I'm able to publish and download the file without issue. Please let me know if this issue persists, and I'll gladly open a support case on your behalf.
