Row missing words on publication
I have a jeopardy style game which I have used over a dozen times with no problem. This version though, one of the card refuses to display the full text. I have screen captured the text on the SL preview and the notepad. The published file is also missing the line: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/2b955f15-f1bb-441e-b6ff-c19b3c03c254/review . It is most strange that the text appears totally in the edit mode.
Has this ever been reported as a bug?
Hi Doris!
Thank you for providing those screenshots! That looks like a very fun course!
Just to clarify, could you tell me which version of Storyline you are currently using? You can find that by navigating to your Articulate 360 desktop app and clicking on Other Versions.
It’s possible this could be a formatting issue but in order to get a better idea, it would be helpful to see your .story file. You can upload it here in this thread or privately through a support case. We’ll make sure to delete it once we finish troubleshooting!
Thanks for reaching out!

Hello! I do keep updating the Storyline with every prompt. And my popup reads February 2023 just like yours. But I was working on my home laptop so I will get back to you.

The other machine has the same updated version.

FYI in order to meet my deadline, I put a screen shot on top of the text box.
Hi Doris,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Have you tried recreating the affected text box from scratch to see if this helped?
- How about increasing the area of the text box to allow for more space?
- Does changing the font to something like Arial or Lato help?
If the issue persists after trying the above, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

The project has been delivered but I do plan to reuse my template. I did many things to the text box but I forget so I will try out your suggestions and if needed submit a support case. Thank you.
