Hello everyone!
I’m excited to share that we've released a new Rise 360 update that includes an enhancement:
- Scenario block fields no longer have character limits.
There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!
Because of the character limits, what other ways are you presenting content in Rise? I am currently attempting to re-create phone scenarios for technicians, and the character limit is unable to support my responses. I would ideally like technicians to be able to have response options.
