SCORM eLearning - Citrix/Video issue with Multimedia Redirection disabled

Wondering if anyone else has come across this issue please and if anyone has a solution.  Multimedia Redirection is disabled on the Servers of our citrix system.  (I know the solution I would like but currently this is not possible so I need a work around for learners)

This means for learners on our Citrix platform that when they are completing eLearning created in Storyline 3 and published as SCORM that if this learning has a video of softs included - it is stalling the learning, just not letting them get further.  Meaning learners on our Citrix platform are currently unable to complete eLearning. Current work around is learners to load learning "In private" window but this is not ideal.

I believe from reading it is a problem with the video not sure if it is MP4 or all as yet and has been an issue for me since Flash went away last year I have noticed if I use screen recordings they act the same way.  We use Moodle as LMS if that makes any difference.
