SCORM packages won't upload to Canvas

Hello,

I've been uploading SCORM packages to a Canvas course on and off over the last couple of months. All the packages I've downloaded today will not upload to Canvas. I have not changed any of the export settings, and I follow the same process I have always done. I don't believe it's a Canvas issue because I tried uploading a package that I exported a couple of weeks ago and that one worked just fine.

This is what happens when I try to upload. After about 90 minutes, the progress bars will turn red, and text saying that an error occurred uploading it will appear. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

    I would suggest troubleshooting your file in SCORM Cloud to check if the behavior is the same. SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine that's free and supports AICC, SCORM, Tin Can API (xAPI), and cmi5 content.

    If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, kindly share your SCORM Cloud findings with your LMS provider, Canvas, to troubleshoot the issue.
