Screen recording action not showing in published video.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble viewing your screen recordings correctly when publishing your Storyline course to Video. I tested this out with screen recordings on my end, and they play as expected.
- It would be helpful to know more about the screen recording settings in your current setup. When you inserted the screen recordings, did you include a video on a single slide or View Try or Test mode in Step-by-step Slides?
- Is this behavior isolated to this course or are you experiencing this with other Storyline projects you are working on with screen recordings incorporated?
- Are you able to publish the course using Review, Web, or any other publishing options with the screen recording playing as expected? I'm curious to know if this is isolated to one publishing output.

Facing similar issues even in view mode and looks like Storyline has got these issues recently. My entire course is malfuntioning specially due to this error. The entire screen recordings just don't play in both try test and view modes. If included as a video in a single slide it defeats the entire purpose. It's frustrating.
