Screen Recording Action

Hi all,

I am trying to use the Action Fine Tuning feature to update the end frame. Since yesterday when I click OK to update the changes Storyline closes down and the change is not made.

I have used this feature several times previously without issue, but since yesterday Storyline has started to auto-shutdown. I believe this may be linked to the update.

Any ideas on how to get this resolved?

    Hi Shakir!

    It sounds like Storyline is crashing when trying to save changes made by the Action Fine Tuning tool.

    I see you've already opened a support case. Great call! You're in excellent hands working one on one with our support engineers and should be hearing from them shortly!
