We are happy to help! I understand that you have a screen recording in your project and it sounds like when you start the video at the beginning, it plays as expected. If you move the playhead on the timeline, then it removes the first 13 seconds.
Are you finding the same behavior when previewing or publishing the course? Is it possible that you can record a Peek of this behavior?
