Screen Recording/Try Mode

Question

Hi,Do we need to use a SL created screen recording to get the Try Mode to work?
When I insert a screen recording made with another software (SnagIt) and insert it into my slide, when I go to Slides &gt; Screen Recording I don't see the video in the popup window.
EDIT: This is not the 64-bit version.

Yes. If you want Storyline's View Mode / Try Mode / Test Mode functionality for screen recordings, use Storyline to record the screen.
