Screenshot not right
Hello everyone,
Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!
In Build 3.109.36125.0, we've included essential fixes and new features. One of the bugs we’ve fixed is:
- Review 360 displayed screenshot annotations at inconsistent zoom levels when used to comment on a Storyline 360 slide.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help.
Hello Emilie,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. We are currently tracking a known issue in Review 360 where screenshots in the feedback tab are showing the wrong lesson block. I've added this post to the bug report, and we'll be sure to update you as soon as it gets fixed.
Has this been fixed? I was having the same issue a few weeks ago.

Hello there,
Checking to see if this issue has been fixed. We'd love to use the feature in our copyedit review but need the correct screenshots to appear. Please let me know and thanks!

Chiming in that screenshots in Rise Review are inaccurate for me as well, and have been since I started using Rise two years ago.
