Hi Veljko, the only information I can chip in here is that each story line file is an archive, much like a PPT, or DOC file. You can change the extension to *.zip and un-compress. I'm wondering if any of the apps you mention can find/replace in *.zip files as this may be an option.
I have to add a disclaimer that I have sometimes made changes to SL files using this method and managed to corrupt them and had to revert to a back-up file, but I think a simple change of a word from X to Y would be a low risk exercise.
