Self-Assessment in Rise 360

Best I know there isn't a way unfortunately. If you're working with an LMS, Rise's Quiz modules can send user responses, and those in theory can be pulled with a report from the LMS and then scored and distributed in some way, but the scoring would not be automatic nor instant.

Rise's Knowledge Check blocks don't allow for point values either, and their responses are not sent to an LMS.

If you don't need the responses and scores to go to an LMS, you have a few more options. The easier one is to build a quiz/assessment in Storyline 360 and then embed the project into Rise. That would allow granular control of how things are scored as well as how the responses are returned to the user, such as for same-session self-reflection.

If Storyline is not an option, there's potential in the Custom Code Blocks since they're more or less self-contained web pages, but that's asking a lot of the average person.

DShaw has built a very useful code block builder you may find some benefit in. It provides an option to build a slightly scored quiz as well.
