Send an email option in the interactive button block

Hello!
In using the button stack feature, I have an email address that uses an &. However, Rise 360 is autocorrecting the '&' to '&'. This leads to a nonexistent email address in Outlook and therefore does not work. Is there any workaround to allow the '&' to not be autocorrected?
