Sequence Drop-Down Questions allowing the same option to be chosen over and over.

Hi all! Not sure how to phrase this, but with a sequence drop-down question, it doesn't make sense for the learner to be able to select the same option for multiple choices (or, at the least, this should be a changeable setting.)

Once an option is chosen for one of the items, that option should be greyed out or eliminated from the other dropdowns.

Here's what I mean:

In the preview, you can see that I was able to just choose the same step over and over.

Is there a way to turn this off, and only allow different options for each dropdown as the previous is selected.

Also, I could swear this is how it used to work.
