Setting html lang="it" language code for GDPR Privacy
Dearest Angelo,
2 months have already passed and I have not had any response!
On all of my websites, I manage compliance with the GDPR Privacy regulations through IUBENDA licenses.
This is the usual non-compliance communication that the IUBENDA control service urges me to resolve:

"Dear Stefano,
from a scan of your site, todste.it, we found that a translation of the privacy policy is not available for some languages, putting your compliance at risk.
Here are the languages you should add to your policy: English (US).
A company received a € 750,000 fine for a missing language in its policy!
Edit your policy and add missing languages → "

I tried to edit the HTML code but it seems compliance is determined not by the source code published by the Browser but by what is published by the Browser Inspector!
You can check it out too!
If you publish the site todste.it from Chrome and publish the html code with the inspection show the html tag with lang = "en" (see attached image)
How can I solve the problem?
I tried to verify but from RISE there doesn't seem to be any option to manage the language published by the browser!
Thank you
