Settings for Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD)

Hello community,

My organization is implementing Cornerstone and I'm testing in the pilot environment. I'm having trouble with the reporting. I can get the username, course title and the SCO Data (raw/scaled scores) to appear in Reporting 2.0, but I can't get the SCORM Quiz Data (Attempt Date, Question Description, Response, etc.) to appear.

I'm following the settings from an old article about this issue, but I can't get it to work. Does anyone have a cheat sheet on settings to report quiz data in CSOD?

I'm including my test module in case that helps.

I appreciate any help or feedback. Thank you!

  • Hello Sandy

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand your team is having trouble with reporting in CSOD. I appreciate you sharing your file with us! Your reporting settings are for the 3rd Edition of SCORM 2004. Is that the intended setting?

    • If you are experiencing issues with reporting, it might be related to how your LMS handles completion and reporting settings.
      • I see on their support page there is a section to help with reporting and permissions that might be helpful!

    • Are you currently using Cornerstone Learn within the Cornerstone On Demand suite? It will be helpful for folks to know what tool you're working with.

Since this is specific to your LMS, I recommend contacting your LMS Administrator at Cornerstone to clarify the needed settings in Reporting 2.0. In the meantime, I'll open this discussion to our talented community to share their experiences with Cornerstone On Demand!

Yes, we are using Cornerstone Learning as our LMS and the guidance they've provided is package courses as SCORM 2004, 3rd edition.

I'm checking with our implementation partner to see if there are any settings that haven't been enabled that could be causing the problem. I'll update this discussion if I learn anything that may be helpful to others.

I'm still waiting to hear back from our implementation partner on back-end settings, but in the meantime, I want to share this resource they shared with me. It's a comprehensive guide to settings for SCORM courses to work in Cornerstone. Course Troubleshooting Guide
