Shape in a motion path

When the arrow runs the assigned motion path it appears it runs behind other objects, thus giving it a partial visible arrow along the path.  I have looked at all objects, they are hidden, or what seams to be blocking the full arrow is not existing/cannot locate it.  Any suggestions?
