Shapes next to the slide
Sometimes, in Articulate Storyline, we see that there are a number of shapes next to the slides (not on the slide) that change state according to specific actions. What is the use of this approach? ...
You guessed it: those off-slide shapes could be used to track other actions. Whether to do that instead of using variables is a matter of preference. (Personally, I prefer using variables.)
