Share Settings Restricted in Review

Are they putting the Review item into a team folder? While the other authors may have access to the item in Review as managers/editors in Rise, only the course owner or a team folder editor can set or remove passwords for content in Articulate Review 360. Moving the item into a Team Folder will let the other team members add a password.
