Share Settings Restricted in Review
Hello RebeccaBeam
Thanks for sharing the screenshot! elizabeth is right, only the course owner or a team folder editor can set or remove passwords in Review 360.
If you move the course into a team folder, other team members with editor rights there will be able to manage those Share Settings as well. You can read more here: Review 360: Share Items with Team Folders and Review 360: Share Link Permissions.
If your team is already working from a team folder and the options still do not appear, let us know. We will want to take a closer look in a support case to be sure roles and permissions are applying correctly. Here is the link to connect with us: open a support case.
Hi, thanks so much for your quick replies. Yes, these courses are in team folders and the folder has a setting that allows everyone on the team to be Editors. We're finding that oftentimes, the Editors can't set passwords (including me, an account manager). And even when we change people to Managers, they still can't set passwords.

Thanks for sharing more about what’s happening, RebeccaBeam! That’s super helpful.
Since your team is already working from team folders, let’s try a couple of quick browser checks and see if they help:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies. Here’s how.
- Open Review in an incognito or private window to rule out any extensions.
- Give it a try in another browser too, just to see if the options show up there.
If the settings are still missing after that, the best next step is to open a support case so we can dig into the specific roles and permissions on your account.
