I wanted to confirm if you're using a data center different from your customer. If within the same data center, you can send a copy of your course to another user. We'll let you know if anything changes!

Hi Kelly, this situation of isolating accounts that are on different data centers and lack of migration possibility is completely unacceptable. Please provide a solution asap and get in touch with us.
