Sharing between Rise360 and Rise
Spot on Colleen, a resolution is badly needed. Could I ask, how were you able to do this earlier this year?

The challenge of not being able to share across data centers was flagged over 2 years ago and 'informing the product team' has been the standard response so far, but unfortunately that does very little to instil confidence that a resolution is being sought.
Would it be an idea to request a more concrete and time-bound response that we can also use to inform our clients and partners?

MaartenHi MDirks77! We know this limitation has been a long-standing pain point. Right now, we don’t support cross–data center sharing because it helps us meet strict compliance and security standards. I understand that’s frustrating, especially when you need to communicate clearly with your clients and partners.
While this isn’t something we’re actively building today, I’ve flagged your request for internal review and asked if there’s any guidance we can share more broadly. I can’t promise a timeline, but we’ll follow up if anything changes.
