Has there been any progress on this issue?
It's so unacceptable that this is still a problem. We work with partners in the USA, and they specifically created an account so they can get the course transferred to them. Now, all of this seems in vain. Money and time lost.
It's genuinely staggering that Articulate haven't fixed this. When buying a licence users should be hit with a huge warning sign that tells them 'sharing editable Rise files between Europe and the USA is not possible, so do not waste your money if that's what you want to do!'
At the VERY least, Articulate should offer a free licence for whichever data centre you are not in so you can recreate your content and share it with your client.
