Sharing folder in Rise

Is it possible for Rise users to share folders? We have a mid-sized team of developers and we would like to store final files in a shared folder structure (for maintenance and translation purp...
I thought I saw a recent announcement that we now have Team folders, made same time as question banks... but I'm not seeing how to implement them. Am I just imagining things?
