Sharing Rise course links via "send a copy of this template to your dashboard"

How do we create copy links like in the e-learning examples section? I love being able to grab these so easily, but I'm not sure how to do something similar to share with others outside of the e-learning heroes community. Here's the text I'm referring to.

Any suggestions for how these links are created? I'm only familiar with sharing as a collaborator which is an individual push vs. a pull like these links. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
