Sharing Rise Question Banks With EXTERNAL Teams

The issue still exist and unable to sent the question bank to different teams, whereas both accounts are licensed. Articulate make it possible, it is difficult to create 200 questions in different account. We can transfer the module to different teams, but why not the question bank?
