Sharing seats for Articulate 360?

Is it possible (or allowed) to share a seat/login with a colleague? We have just purchased a license and my boss wants me to train somebody else.

You can take a look at our Terms of Use here. Some key takeaways:

  • 2.1. Articulate User ID. You agree not to share your Articulate User ID with any third party.
  • 2.5. Restrictions. You must not (and must not permit any third party to): permit timesharing or use, offer the Services on a service bureau basis, or permit the use of a User ID by more than one user;

Your co-worker is welcome to try Articulate 360 for 30 days through our free trial while you train them. That way, they can be ready by the time your boss can add them to a seat on the team.
