I've just found the answer. I was running a course in Absorb Academy and it was identical. Its been generated using Absorb Create.

Please post your previous post on replacing the tick mark using JavaScript.
I have tried digging into the CSS to replace it. So far, I have been able to change the color of the visited text and icon, but have been unable to change the icon itself to something different.
The CSS references a "carrot" icon, which I am guessing is the "caret" icon? Anyway, I don't know if it's possible to replace the icon in the HTML or CSS.
