Sidebar image in Rise 360

In all but 1 of the courses I've created, the Cover Page image is automatically used at the top of the Sidebar for navigation.  In one particular course (which has been developed with the same Theme...

Hi, can anyone share openly how I fix this same issue please? I guess my image (AI created) is too large to display above the sidebar menu. What does the image resolution need to be to work?

    Thanks for reaching out!
    Rise 360 uses responsive design so there's no specific image resolution that we can recommend. However, you can check out this article for our tips on adding high-quality images to a Rise 360 course. If your image is not displaying properly, would you mind sharing a copy of it here for testing? I'd like to try adding it to a new Rise 360 course to see how it would look in the sidebar.
