Simulation of a mobile app
I need to create e-learning for a new mobile app. Any suggestions for how I can 'capture' the screens similar to how it would be done if it were a desktop application?

Not applicable to every situation, but some apps can be "virtualized" and run on a computer desktop, so that may make it easier to capture. That said, I don't think it would quite look or feel the same since user interaction is so different. Since you're creating eLearning, I assume interactive? I've personally created simulations of phones before. It just takes some finessing of buttons and slide animations of phone screenshots.
If you are a Mac then Quicktime will do it, or you can use Squirrel
