I tried replicating the behavior you experienced, but the recording that I made on my end properly had single mouse click sounds instead of two. Here's a link to my recording so you can hear the clicking audio.
As a troubleshooting step, please try the following so we can isolate the issue:
- Publish the attached project file to Review 360 and see if you will hear single clicks or double clicks
- If you hear double clicks after publishing the provided file, do a repair of Storyline 360 to see if this helps
