You've posted the same question twice, here and at Slide with scroll panel does not display any content in preview - Articulate Storyline Discussions - E-Learning Heroes.
Neither includes screen shots.
Just seeing screenshots wouldn't be much help anyway.
Troubleshooting something like this is just guessing without seeing the .story file. If you upload it, someone might be able to solve the issue.
Here are the best practices for uploading a .story file:
- Only include slides that are related to the problem.
- Be sure objects, layers, motion paths, and variables have meaningful names.
- If there is proprietary content, replace or delete it. For example, replace proprietary text with “ipsum lorem” text.
- Be sure to clearly describe the following in the file and/or in the post with the attachment (if you haven’t already done so):
- What you want to happen
- What is not happening that should happen
- What is happening that should not happen
- What you have already tried

Hi!
Something went wrong while I was posting the new topic. It returned an error. Anyway, I try to re-attach the story file and the screenshots I made.
What I want to happen is just to display the content of my slide :), which is not currently happening when I preview it.

The slide looks fine when I preview it:
I don't know why it isn't displaying for you.
- First, be sure you're working with the file on your local drive (not over a network).
- Next, try this: quit Storyline, and relaunch it. (Yes, sometimes just rebooting the program clears up little quirks.)
- If that doesn't help, try reinstalling the program.
- If all else fails, contact support: Contact Support for Help with Any Articulate E-Learning Course Development Software

None of the solutions you suggested worked for me :(
I will contact the support, thanks for your help!
Hi Elisabetta,
I see that you've opened a support case and you're working with my colleague Ian. You're in great hands!
We'll continue the conversation over in your case.
Have a wonderful start to your week!
